Excellent tutoring centre that has especially given my son Joshua the edge in his final years at school. Particularly during lockdown, PE set up an outstanding online tutoring service which kept students motivated and assisted them with their learning. PE gave my son the extra edge he needed to perform better in year 12 by giving their own pratice HSC papers with an indepth 2 hour review after each practice exam. The atmosphere and environment of Pioneer Education is no like any other. Ordinarily I would hate tutoring on a Saturday; I still do but this place is so calming and helpful it’s easy to get over it. The tutors know what they’re doing and will help you with any assessments so well done on the recruiting. The setting looks incredible, unlike other tutoring places they didn’t just get a random abandoned building and put a few whiteboards in, they have actually put in the effort to make the place look nice. Normally if you can’t attend a tutoring class then it’s bad luck but at Pioneer you won’t be charged for missing a class. I’ve only been here for about 4-5 weeks but it’s clear to see why there’s only 5 star reviews on this place.

After a year of education at Pioneer Learning Academy, I can honestly say I saw an improvement in my marks incomparable to any other tutoring companies I studied at. The group tutoring works great and allows you to work with other people to understand the concepts, and the tutors are always willing to help with your questions. Not only did Pioneer help with the topics I studied, but they also helped with a study routine and what to cover. Having high achieving and future teachers work as tutors in a group environment is a fantastic way to learn. I would highly recommend!

The admin and owners of the centre were efficient and professional. They explained the structure of their centre very well, they were super easy and friendly to speak to and were very accomodating. Classes are small and cosy, so kids are getting good amount of attention but relaxed with a small group of friends.
My son’s confidence in math has improved, he is enjoying the classes and he says that the content aligns with what he is learning at school, sometimes even more than the local school’s content. There are some light homework which he does happily by himself, so that’s a sign of good teaching and a learner enjoying the lessons!
