  1. Duration
    1. Pro-rata: All classes are a 10 week Term period unless stated otherwise E.g. Term 4 is an 11 week Term 
    2. The services commences on the day of the first lesson after the Free Trial lesson and enrolment automatically renews and extends for a further period of 3 months.
    3. Cancellation of enrolment must be provided in writing at least 30 days before the last day of the then-applicable Term. 
    4. Notice of cancellation occurring part way through any Term or less than 30 days notice before the last day of Term will not be refunded. 
  1. Discounts 
    1. The following discounts are offered at PE:
      • i. Family Discount: Students with a family member also attending PE can receive a 5% discount off the full payment. This only applies for the child with the lowest fee and for a 10 Week term. I.e. if the student joins in the middle of the term they cannot receive this discount, but the following term the discount will be applied
      • ii. Refer a Friend Discount: Students or parents who refer a friend to PE receive $100 off their term fees. This only applies for the following term. 
      • iii. Multiple Subjects: Students undergoing 3 subjects or more will receive a discounted price. This discount is always applied regardless if it’s a 10 Week term or not. 
    2. Holiday classes only apply to the Multiple Subject discount.
    3. If a student was absent the previous term and have credit carried over, then the Family Discount will not be applied
  1. Absences:
    1. Absences must be informed at least 24hrs before the lesson either by phone call, text or email. If this is not done then this lesson will not be credited and you will still be charged for the lesson. Please note that with absences, we still ensure the students receive top quality education through providing the resources for the lesson and providing 24/7 support through our email (tutors@pe.digitalave.com.au).
    2. We will allow for TWO cases of uninformed absences to account for last minute/unexpected circumstances, and these two classes CAN be credited/carried over.  After these 2 are used up, uninformed absences will be charged. 
    3. Protocol for absences:
      1. All students will receive physical materials the week after or we can send the work via email. It is expected that students will catch up so they don’t fall behind! It also ensures that the rest of the class can progress appropriately. 
      2. All students get weekly support from our tutors and can ask anything in regards to the work. 
      3. If a student misses one subject but attends the rest, payment for the whole day is still required.
  1. Payments – Fees and Invoices
    1. All fees are to be paid within 30 days of the invoice unless paid on a week to week basis.
    2. Pioneer Education (PE) must be notified of preferred payment options. 
    3. Payment Fee Schedule:
      1. Primary K-6
        1. Classes: $25/hr
        2. Private:$60/hr
      2. Junior 7-10
        1. Classes: $30/hr
        2. Private: $70/hr
      3. Senior 11-12
        1. Classes: $35/hr
        2. Private: $80/hr
    4. PE reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the service if payment is not received on time. 
    5. Refund Policy – once paid, all fees are final and non-refundable unless:
      1. Notice of cancellation of enrolment is provided at least 30 days before the last day of the Term. 
      2. Notice of absence is provided at least 24hrs before the scheduled lesson.
      3. Up to two days of uninformed absence.
