Get to know Samuel

Samuel is a passionate and committed high school tutor who focuses on building strong
foundational skills and genuine understanding across Mathematics, Science, and English. He is currently completing a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honours) and Bachelor of Science, majoring in Chemistry, at the University of Sydney.

Samuel’s experience as a martial arts instructor and University Engineering Peer Mentor has helped him develop strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt his teaching approach to students of different backgrounds, abilities, and learning styles.

Outside of academics, Samuel enjoys a range of hobbies, including drawing, playing drums, and staying active. These experiences have helped him develop a patient, supportive approach to teaching and a positive learning environment where students can build confidence alongside their academic skills.
